    • Detailed item descriptions and optional hyperlink directly placed within the 3D model

    • Hyperlink opens up possibilities for extremely detailed descriptions, videos, online shopping, etc.


DOLLHOUSE IMAGES (3-5) $35

    • Still shots of the 3D Model from different angles

    • Highly recommended on single story layouts

SINGLE IMAGES $15/EACH - Minimum $45

    • Selected images from any Tour edited and converted to low res (72dpi suitable for Web) or high res (300dpi) JPEGs or PDF suitable for print. 

ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS $100

  • Architectural ready .xyz files for ReCap, Revit or AutoCAD

LINKS BETWEEN TOURS $50

    • Adds a Mattertag link for easy viewer navigation between two spaces (required on 2 or more properties under the same Tour)

* For the first 6 months, Matterport hosts the site. If you intend to keep the site public, MLP will host the site for $20.00/month.

DSLR RATE
CARD

$350.00 for up to 2000 sq.ft.
Any square footage above 2000, add 0.20 per square foot.

Your photos are taken with our Nikon DSLR camera, providing high quality, 25 meg images.  The post production process involves adjusting color balance, resolution, and saturation on each shot.  Most interior images are upgraded to HDR resolution to enhance detail.

Interior images are taken using a high speed strobe resulting in soft, color accurate shots.

Save money by combining one, two or three services.  Any 2 services get $100 off.  As an example Matterport ($250) plus DSLR ($350) = $600 less $100…………….$500 total.  

Example:  3000 square foot house at ($350.00) + 1000 sq.ft ($200.00) = $550.00

VIDEO/PHOTO EDITING - $75/HR.

AERIAL RATES

BASIC AERIAL RATE PACKAGE - $250.00

What’s included:
8-10 aerial images of the property from different angles and altitudes.

Post production editing includes upgrade to an HDR image, adjustment of resolution, sharpening and save as a JPEG format for the WEB.

VIDEO/PHOTO EDITING - $75/HR.

  • Charges for upgrading to print format

Professionally developed movies will be on an hourly basis depending on the client’s needs.

We only fly when the weather is conducive for taking photos with a drone.  I.E. mostly sunny skies with low wind speeds.  High winds move the lens and create image distortion.  Our promised turn-around times are dependent on weather conditions.
